硬質合金精密加工的研(yan)磨(mo)是(shi)用研(yan)磨(mo)工具(ju)和(he)研(yan)磨(mo)劑,從工件(jian)上(shang)研(yan)去一層極薄表面層的精加工方法(fa)。

采用不同的研(yan)(yan)(yan)磨(mo)工具(ju)(ju),比(bi)如研(yan)(yan)(yan)磨(mo)芯棒、研(yan)(yan)(yan)磨(mo)套(tao)(tao)、研(yan)(yan)(yan)磨(mo)平板等,可對(dui)硬質合金的內(nei)圓、外(wai)圓和平面等進行(xing)研(yan)(yan)(yan)磨(mo)。為了磨(mo)料能嵌入研(yan)(yan)(yan)磨(mo)套(tao)(tao)的內(nei)表面,研(yan)(yan)(yan)磨(mo)套(tao)(tao)的材料應(ying)該軟一(yi)些(xie),常用的是(shi)鑄鐵(tie)。研(yan)(yan)(yan)磨(mo)時先在(zai)工具(ju)(ju)表面涂上一(yi)層(ceng)均勻的研(yan)(yan)(yan)磨(mo)劑,手持研(yan)(yan)(yan)磨(mo)工具(ju)(ju)在(zai)軸上來回移動(dong),直至(zhi)達到研(yan)(yan)(yan)磨(mo)要求(qiu)為止。

研磨(mo)的精密加(jia)工方法(fa)具有以下特點:

1、 經過研磨(mo)后的工件表(biao)面,尺(chi)寸精(jing)度(du)可以達到(dao)IT4-IT1級;表(biao)面粗(cu)糙(cao)度(du)值(zhi)可減小到(dao)0.1-0.0006μm。形狀(zhuang)精(jing)度(du)可相應提高(gao)。

2、 生產效率比較低,加(jia)工余(yu)量小。

3、 研磨劑(ji)易(yi)飛(fei)濺,污染環境。

在(zai)現代(dai)制造業中,研磨應(ying)用非常(chang)廣,許多精密量塊、量規、齒輪、鋼球、噴油(you)嘴(zui)、石英晶體、陶瓷元件等(deng)零件均需研磨。

我們再來看看硬質合金精密(mi)加工(gong)(gong)的另外一(yi)種加工(gong)(gong)方式(shi)珩磨。珩磨的加工(gong)(gong)原理是利用珩磨工(gong)(gong)具對工(gong)(gong)件表面施加一(yi)定壓力,珩磨工(gong)(gong)具同時作往復(fu)振動、相對旋轉和(he)直線(xian)往復(fu)運(yun)動,切除工(gong)(gong)件上極小(xiao)的余量的精密(mi)加工(gong)(gong)方法。


拋(pao)光(guang)(guang)(guang)是(shi)利(li)用(yong)機械、化學(xue)(xue)或電化學(xue)(xue)地(di)作用(yong),使工(gong)件獲(huo)的(de)光(guang)(guang)(guang)亮、平整表面的(de)加工(gong)方法(fa)。拋(pao)光(guang)(guang)(guang)是(shi)安排在工(gong)件精加工(gong)之后進行,拋(pao)光(guang)(guang)(guang)之后的(de)工(gong)件,粗糙度R值(zhi)可達0.1-0.012μm,并能(neng)明顯增加光(guang)(guang)(guang)亮度,但是(shi)不能(neng)保持(chi)原有(you)的(de)精度。
